Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an extraordinary general meeting of Charged Hong Kong will be held at Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill, LG228 Festival Walk, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, on Saturday 5th September 2015 at 6:00 pm. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing (with or without amendments) the following resolution:

AS RESOLUTION

1. THAT:

(a) the changes to the constitution of Charged Hong Kong, as proposed by the executive committee, be approved, effective immediately.
